1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Dara Rae Matchmaking, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or using dararaematchmaking.com (“Site”) or any related services, forms, profiles, or communications (“Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue using the Site immediately.

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates become effective upon posting. Your continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time, for any reason, in our sole discretion.

2. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Be single, divorced, widowed, or legally separated
  • Be seeking a committed, monogamous relationship
  • Have no criminal convictions
  • Provide truthful, accurate, and complete information

By using the Site or submitting any form, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

If you are using our Services on behalf of a company or entity, you represent that you are authorized to bind that entity to these Terms.

3. Your Responsibilities and Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Provide false, misleading, or incomplete information
  • Harm the reputation of Dara Rae Matchmaking, its Clients, or Members
  • Make defamatory statements about the Company or our services
  • Disclose confidential information about other Clients or Members
  • Harass, pressure, threaten, or behave in an abusive or discriminatory manner
  • Impersonate another person
  • Use the Services for commercial activity or advertising
  • Submit any photograph or content you do not own
  • Misrepresent your intentions, background, or relationship status

Violation of this section may result in immediate termination of your access to Services.

4. Use of Services

Dara Rae Matchmaking provides matchmaking, introductions, coaching, and related services. Only paying Clients receive guaranteed match attempts; database Members do not.

By creating a profile or submitting information, you authorize us to:

  • Share your profile, photos, and personal details with other vetted matchmakers, referral partners, and Members solely for matchmaking purposes
  • Share select information with potential matches prior to introductions
  • Conduct identity or background checks at our discretion

We do not guarantee any specific number of introductions, relationship success, or compatibility outcome.

5. Limitation of Liability

You agree that all information you submit is accurate. Dara Rae Matchmaking relies on the integrity of information provided by Clients and Members and performs limited verification checks, which may include public record review and third-party background checks.

We do not:

  • Guarantee the accuracy of other Members’ or Clients’ information
  • Guarantee the behavior, safety, or compatibility of any match
  • Guarantee the success of any relationship

You are solely responsible for your interactions with other Members and Clients. Always meet matches in public places and use caution.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DARA RAE MATCHMAKING LLC IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dara Rae Matchmaking LLC, its officers, employees, insurers, contractors, and affiliates from any claims arising out of:

  • Your use of the Services
  • Any breach of these Terms
  • Any content or materials you submit
  • Your interactions with other Clients or Members

7. Confidentiality

You agree to keep confidential:

  • Any private information shared about other Clients or Members
  • Information regarding the Company’s processes, services, or matches
  • Details of your interactions facilitated by Dara Rae Matchmaking

Unauthorized disclosure is grounds for termination and may result in legal action.

8. Third-Party Links

We may link to or integrate with third-party platforms. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or services and disclaim liability for your use of third-party resources.

9. Intellectual Property

All materials, images, branding, and content on the Site are the property of Dara Rae Matchmaking LLC. You may not reproduce or distribute any content except for personal, non-commercial use.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania.
