Dara Rae Rahill, M.A., Ed.S.
Founder and Lead Matchmaker
Born and raised in the Philadelphia area, Dara is passionate about helping singles build real, lasting connections.
Dara’s professional career began as a school psychologist. After successfully pairing several friends, she transitioned into the matchmaking industry, where she quickly became a top recruiting matchmaker and later Head of Matchmaking Partnerships for the nation’s largest matchmaking service.
Drawing on her background in psychology, extensive recruiting experience & passion for fostering meaningful connections, Dara founded Dara Rae Matchmaking to create custom matchmaking experiences built around each client’s individual needs.
Leveraging her extensive network and recruiting expertise, Dara has facilitated hundreds of successful matches nationwide. Her clients have included business executives, physicians, attorneys, politicians, well-known actors, and entrepreneurs seeking meaningful relationships.
Dara and her team guide clients through every stage of the matchmaking journey with thoughtful support, honesty, and genuine care.

Nicky Gordon
Senior Matchmaker and Certified Coach
A British native turned Ardmore resident, Nicky has been a professional matchmaker and certified coach for more than six years.
She studied psychology at the University of Nottingham before beginning a career in advertising in London. After relocating to the United States in 2007, she became an IPEC-certified life coach.
A natural connector, Nicky spent years successfully introducing friends and colleagues before bringing her skills and diverse professional experience into the matchmaking industry.
She believes there is nothing more satisfying than creating a successful match between two people who may never have met otherwise.
Angela Bova
Senior Matchmaker and Certified Coach
With a deep fascination for the complexity of the human mind, Angela brings a rare combination of clinical training and real-world matchmaking experience to her role.
She holds a master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and previously worked as a neuropsychometrist.
Angela later transitioned into matchmaking, spending more than four years as a senior matchmaker and dating coach for a high-end matchmaking agency before joining Dara Rae Matchmaking.
Through attentiveness and genuine investment in every client, she has built a strong track record of facilitating meaningful, lasting connections. Angela helps clients move not only toward the right match, but also toward the self-understanding that makes finding the right relationship possible.
